My Yoga Journey
Yoga found me at a time when I was in deep suffering; caught in the noise of my mind and the confines of my limited body. I had spent years striving, achieving, and holding myself together, yet beneath it all I felt disconnected from who I truly was. Yoga gently guided me beyond body identification and mental noise, leading me inward – toward the essence of who I am beneath circumstance and form. Through this practice, I discovered that the body is not a barrier to spirit but the doorway. Every posture, every breath, every moment of awareness brings me closer to my innermost Self – whole and free.
Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200)
As a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) with training in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery, I offer practices that integrate movement, breath, and nervous system regulation, supporting you in rebuilding trust within your body, cultivating inner safety, and awakening the deep intelligence that lives within.

The Power of Working with the Body
The body is where our stories live. It carries what the mind forgets – tension, trauma, emotion, and memory. Yet within that same body lies wisdom, intuition, and an innate capacity to heal. As we learn to create safety within the body, we open the doorway to deeper layers of awareness, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. This work is a homecoming to the Self that exists beneath the patterns, the stories, and the survival. When we work with the body compassionately, it becomes our greatest teacher, guiding us not only toward healing, but toward wholeness.


Breathwork & Meditation
Breath is considered the bridge between the body and the mind. In our sessions, breathwork and meditation are woven through every practice – inviting you to regulate your nervous system, quiet the inner noise, and anchor into your truth. Whether seated, standing, or in gentle movement, the breath becomes a tool for grounding, expanding, and awakening awareness. Each session invites you to move from doing to being, to create space between thoughts, between breaths, between the old patterns and who you’re becoming.
Nervous System Healing: The Foundation for a Life You Deserve
A calm, regulated nervous system is the foundation for the life we desire yet most of us live from a state of chronic survival. When the nervous system is dysregulated, it quietly shapes everything: our thoughts, relationships, leadership, and even our capacity for joy.
Understanding and working with your nervous system rather than against it can create profound shifts in your life. When your nervous system feels safe, your body relaxes, your mind clears, and you can finally access your creativity and truth. Through body-based practices, breathwork, and gentle somatic tools, I support you in building safety within yourself and we create lasting transformation – not by pushing harder, but by regulating deeper. From that grounded place, we can live, lead, and love with ease, clarity, and alignment.
