My coaching approach combines deep professional training as a certified Transformative Coach and in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté – with lived experience. This work supports the whole human – mind, body, and soul. Trauma-Informed Coaching

What might you be experiencing?

You notice the same patterns showing up in your personal or working relationships and you are unable to break free from them. Through gentle inquiry and body-based awareness, we uncover the root of these patterns so you can choose consciously and create new ways of being.

Small moments spark big emotions, leaving you drained or disconnected. Together, we work with your nervous system to build regulation, helping you return to calm and respond from presence rather than protection.

Old wounds still echo in how you feel and relate to yourself and others. Coaching offers the opportunity to meet these parts of you with compassion and gently release your past pains in a safe space.

These emotions can feel heavy or even unbearable, yet they hold deep wisdom when met with compassion. Coaching supports you in feeling, processing, and integrating them safely so they no longer define or limit you.

Living in survival mode has left you depleted. Using nervous system education and somatic tools, we help your body shift from constant doing and defense into rest, repair, and renewal.
